安裝過程中遇到問題？
Download speed is slow?+
If the official download is slow, try switching networks or using a download manager. China users should use the domestic site (tabbit-ai.com) for better speeds.
Installation failed or error occurred?+
Check that your system meets requirements (macOS 12+ or Windows 10/11). On macOS, if you see "cannot verify developer", go to System Settings > Privacy & Security to allow. Re-download if issues persist.
Which operating systems are supported?+
Tabbit supports macOS 12.0+ (requires Apple M1 chip or newer) and Windows 10/11 64-bit. Linux and mobile devices are not currently supported.
How to verify it's the official version?+
Only download from official websites: tabbitbrowser.com for international, tabbit-ai.com for China. The installer should have official digital signature, not showing unknown publisher.
Do I need to login or activate after installation?+
Tabbit is currently in beta with all core features free to use, no invite code needed. You can create an account to sync data, but it's optional.
Can I install on multiple computers?+
Yes, you can install Tabbit on all your personal devices. If signed in to the same account, bookmarks and settings sync automatically.
How do I update Tabbit?+
Tabbit checks for updates automatically. When a new version is available, you'll see a notification in the top-right corner. Click to download and install automatically.
How do I uninstall Tabbit?+
macOS: Drag Tabbit from Applications to Trash. Windows: Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Tabbit and click Uninstall. This won't delete your browser data.
